Recruiting for Organisational Psychologists with Leadership Assessment Experience (Remote Project based)- ODRL.
Organisation Development & Research Ltd (ODRL) seeks applications from talented Occupational Psychologists with at least 10 years senior level assessment and development experience to work as part of our growing team. Please note this project will be project based and conducted remotely.
ODRL is a dynamic consultancy firm offering Talent Management, Organisation Development, and Learning and Development services across sectors. Our consultancy interventions are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients operating in complex contexts.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for Psychologists who have the following credentials:
- Education: Masters/PhD in Occupational Psychology/equivalent.
- Experience: Strong and proven track record spanning ten years plus in the design and delivery of senior level assessment and development centres.
- Language: Fluent in Dutch and ideally English.
- EU citizen located within the European Union jurisdiction
- Analyse and synthesise complex information accurately and expeditiously.
- Write high quality assessment and development reports.
- Well-organised with the commitment to deliver to agreed timelines.
- Work as part of a team as well & autonomously.
- Highly driven to provide an exemplary service to our clients.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams.
